No! We dont got any problems at all with our small lion. Instead, we are lowering it to make it handle that little bit better. How? with springs of Cobra Suspension. The people at Cobra provided us with springs for the 205. We are trying to fit them early next year so we can fine tune the rear axle and our small lion will be 100 percent perfect for it’s long journey.

In general our 205 is in verry good condition. The rear brakes where not verry good but by getting a complete kit to refurbish them, we tackled that problem. Although by fixing the rear brakes there was another problem spotted that would make that our car would not pass the APK. It was the right rear handbrake cable. We bought a new one for it and are about to fix it. We also bought a new air filter, new spark plugs and a new fan belt, just to make sure our car is in great shape for the coming rally.

I planned on making the blak trim on the Peugeot black again. It is now grey and looks old. The funny thing is, if you make the trim black, instead of the grey it now is, the green paint looks much better. While trying to give the trim it’s natural gloss back I also mounted new wiper blades.
